Yesterday’s mock poetic description was of Boomy. He walks around so slowly like he is in a haze. No pep in his step. But as my frustration mounted so did my appreciation for how smooth he is. Hence, the blog.

And by the way, Boomy got to school on time. And then he got in trouble. His first day back to school and I am getting an email from a teacher who kicked him out of class. That boy is going to earn me a ticket straight to heaven.

Ravis brought up a good point. We did suspend The Fan of the Month thing over the Holidays because It seemed such a long round about way to acknowledge folks. So I went with a Holiday letter instead and I’m rethinking my approach.

Have you noticed my blogs are getting shorter? Don’t know what it is. Maybe I have been home too long. I have been on hiatus since May. I have a tendency to become house bound and my world gets small. Mind you I have plenty to do, but the fact that I have so long to do it in is doing me in!

What have you guys been doing? I know several of you are bogged down with the school thing. Ravis, ever observant, pointed out that we haven’t heard from Jan in a while. Are you out there? Are you okay?

Starting in two weeks I will be running and gunning for a while. Trying to enjoy the peace and be mindful of how lucky I am to get so much time at home.

Well here’s hoping that as my world gets bigger and speeds up my blogs will get longer and more interesting.
