So that’s my is news for this morning.

On a personal note, I already called my mother this morning and am going to call her this afternoon. All that talk about parents being lonely in my last blog made me feel like I can do better as a daughter. Not to say I don’t take good care of her but I want to be source of more fun in her life. We really had a good time during those 8 days I spent at home – just she and I – no kids no husband – just us girls. I’d like to keep that sense of lively connection going on a daily basis.

It’s been calm here at Casa Toler which is weird because the less mess I need to deal with the less productive I am professionally. Once my brain goes into neutral, that’s just where it stays. Under the right conditions I could turn into a lump of coal.

But I have faith and a time limit. I am going to put it in gear at 9:30 am. No nonsense. No stuff.
