Collecting Dimes – Not Money – Just Minds

First, I’d like to shout out to some of My Crew who have been mentioning personal stuff that I haven’t really acknowledged. I pay attention and I care. Just so you know – though I won’t name names you know who you are:

We have got two in school doing mad work with the books – You go ladies!

We have got one with a son whose struggling with health issues – you hang in there. We’re praying for you both.

We have got one whose hubby is about to suffer the effects of the down economy. You guys seem like you are fiscally responsible and cool headed ! Know you’ll be fine but we’re praying a new job comes along soon.

Your virtual family is pulling for all of you.

Also like to shout out to my crew members whose 1) life is really on the upswing. You sound so happy these days and 2) who is one of the most observant watchers of Divorce Court and keeps my EP updated on the the point of view from the viewer. 3) to those of you who always have something to say on my blogs – love hearing your comments! 4) to the couple of guys who have chosen to wade into the estrogen-filled waters of my blog – nice to have you.

Just wanted you to know I’m appreciative of each and every one of you.

Okay, so now back to my thought for the day:

I have to admit to not paying attention a lot of the time. When I am home I watch a lot of old movies and the money channel (E barred me from watching that channel when the stock market was doing a swan dive of the deck but since things are more settled in that arena – at least for the moment) the ban has been lifted and he let’s me watch.

Anyway, since I am trying to expand my professional horizons I have been paying better attention to programming. I am watching trends in what’s on and what’s doing well.

What I would like to know is what you like. What shows float your boat? What would you like to see that’s not on? So much to choose from – it’s just wild.

I’d like to collect a ten cent opinion from any one who cares to contribute. Trying to turn my own ten cent opinion into a couple of dollars worth of knowledge.
